电力电缆管的突出特点是强度高、摩擦阻力小，比普通管强度高40%，管体的抗折荷载≥12000N，外压荷载≥15000N，，可用于各种级别的道路敷设使用，内壁与电缆的摩擦阻力小是电力电缆管的最突出优点，其摩擦系数<0．35，明显低于玻璃钢、PVC等其它类别电缆管。电力电缆管通缆时减少了工井的数量，降低了工程造价、增加了电缆牵引长度。

聚丙烯(MPP)电力电缆保护管

电力电缆用非开挖改性聚丙烯(MPP)保护管是以改型聚丙烯为主要原材料。采用特殊配方和加工工艺制造的新型塑料管道。具有强度高、耐温性能好、穿放电缆容易、施工简
便、节省费用等一系列优点。改性聚丙烯非开挖广泛用作电力电缆和通讯电缆的保护管．作为托管施工更显产品特性，它符合现代城市的发展要求，适合埋深在2-18m范围。应用非开挖铺管技术具有不污染环境、不影响交通、对地层结构破坏小。施工安全可靠、周期短、无需运输和堆放杂土、成本低、社会效益与经济效益显著等特点，应用领域很宽。改性MPP电力电缆护套管采用非开挖技术进行施工。既保证了管网的可靠性．降到了管网的故障率。同时也使市容环境得到大大改善。

电力电缆管又名电缆管、电缆保护管、水泥电缆管、电力排管、电力电缆保护管等。

电力电缆管优势

电力电缆管消化吸收国内先进水平，采用电扩孔等先进工艺，用高品质的维纶纤维为基础材料，融入植物纤维、高强高摩维尼纶等原料，选高号水泥作为主原料，通过抄取卷制而成的高新增强电缆保护管。电力电缆管的生产过程基本相同，都是通过无上毛布抄取工艺生产，原材料为

维纶纤维、高标号水泥及其它高强高弹模纤维，因此强度都很高。电力电缆管是通过高速抛光机在管子内壁抛出致密光滑面来达到减小摩擦阻力的目的。而电缆保护管则是在管子内壁涂覆一层石墨乳润滑膜，当电缆穿过时石墨乳润滑膜受力断裂而产生滑移面，这些滑移面改变了管内壁与电缆之间的摩擦方式，从而达到了减少摩擦阻力的目的。

电力电缆管产品特点

电力电缆管除具备维纶纤维水泥电缆管的优良性能外还具备以下特点：

一、电力电缆管载流量高、热阻系数低。

二、电力电缆管使用时，与电缆间的摩擦系数低，电缆穿过时更方便。

三、电力电缆管加长了井距，减低了工井数量，降低了工程成本。

优点特性

具有抗高温、耐外压的特点,适用于10KV以上高压输电线电缆排管管材。
非开挖工程MPP排管(改性聚丙烯管)广泛应用于城镇电力电缆、建筑给排水敷设等领域。
MPP管无需开挖施工,管材热熔焊接柔性接头,焊接头强度高．可超长度高牵引力托管。
韧性好。具有优良的抗地层沉降以及抗震性能，常用管材分为普通型和加强型。普通型适用于开挖铺设施工和非开挖穿越施工埋深小于4m的工程;加强型使用于非开挖穿越施工埋深大于4m的工程。
