聚乙烯缠绕结构壁(B型)管

执行国家标准(GB /T19472.2—2017)《埋地用聚乙烯(PE)结构壁管道系统第2部分:聚乙烯结构壁管材》典型B型结构壁管。

接口采用典型承插式电熔连接、弹性密封圈连接及节流式承插连接，实现零渗漏。

高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)缠绕结构壁B型管。是一种内壁光滑、外壁为螺旋状加强肋,由底膜和肋界面为O型的肋管经螺旋缠绕工艺制成的异型强构壁管材。

管材采用高密度聚乙烯为原材料，在热熔状态下通过缠绕工艺一次成型。并在热态未脱模前通过滚动风冷方式冷却。管道逐步散热,壁厚均匀，无内应力。

管道连接可采用承插式电熔连接、节流式承插连接。其中承插式电熔连接即管道两端在生产时被加工成承口和插口。并在承口内壁中部段嵌入电熔丝。在管道连接时，只需接入电源即可完成安装，并且可以使管网系统实现零渗漏;节流式承插连接方式则克服了地下水位高、工地有易燃易爆管线等不适宜电火连接操作的施工困难,扩大产品的应用范围，满足了更多客户的需求。

因其安全、可靠、环保、高端，该产品被广泛应用于市政工程、核电火电、石油化工、治金化工、交通枢纽(机场、铁路、港口)市政等领域。在全世界范围内早已得到广泛应用，在中国被建设部评为重点推广产品。是国家推广城市雨污水系统“以塑代钢、以塑代泥”的新型优质管材产品。

聚乙烯缠绕结构壁(B型)管主要用途及特点

适用于市政雨水、污水管网系统、综合管廊系统、海绵城市、智慧管网系统。主要原材料:为HDPE(高密度聚乙烯);
辅助原材料:管材外壁螺旋增强材料为PP,起到增强抗外压能力、提高环刚度的作用;电热元件:管材承口预埋电热元件为铜合金焊丝。
