电力管

电力管是采用PE（改性聚乙烯）进行热浸塑或环氧树脂进行内外涂覆的产品，具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。同时涂层本身还具有良好的电气绝缘性，不会产生电蚀。吸水率低，机械强度高，摩擦系数小，能够达到长期使用的目的。还能有效的防止植物根系及土壤环境应力的破坏等。

电力电缆用非开挖改性聚丙烯（MPP）保护管是以改性聚丙烯为主要原材料，采用特殊配方和加工工艺制造的新型塑料管道。具有强度高、耐温性能好、易穿放、施工简便、节省费用等优势。广泛用做电力电缆和通讯电缆的保护，适合埋深在2-18m范围，使用非开挖技术施工，可以保证管网的可靠性，降低管网的故障率。非开挖施工更符合现代城市的发展需求，具有不污染环境、不影响交通、地层结构破坏小、周期短、成本低等特点，应用领域非常广。

性能优良

电力通信专业用管

抗高温、耐外压、电气绝缘：可承受-5—90℃温度，而且抗拉、抗压性能

比HDPE高，特别适用于10KV以上高压电线电缆施工使用。

质轻、摩擦阻力小：无需开挖施工，光滑易施工，而且热熔焊接柔性接头，

强度高，可超长高牵引力托管。

韧性好：具有优秀的抗底层沉降以及抗震性能。常用管材分为加强型和普通型。

加强型适用于非开发穿越施工埋深大于4m的工程。普通型反之。

由于MPP电缆通信管具有抗高温、耐外压，管材使用热熔焊接柔性接头，焊接强度高，可超长度高牵引力托管。而且具有很好的抗沉降特性。可应用于以下领域：

电力电缆工程：城乡非开挖水平定向钻进电缆排管工程，及明挖电缆排管工程。

排水排污工程：城乡非开挖水平定向钻进下水排污工程；工业废水排放工程。

执行标准：DL/T 802.7-2010《电力电缆用导管技术条件第7部分：非开挖用改性聚丙烯数量电缆导管》
